Σύμβουλος πωλήσεων – Ανάπτυξη ομάδας
Η αγάπη του για την εξυπηρέτηση των ανθρώπων και την προσωπική ανάπτυξη ήτανε κάτι που τον χαρακτήριζε από τα πρώτα του χρόνια ως επαγγελματίας. Ξεκίνησε ως αντιπρόσωπος έτοιμων ενδυμάτων το 2000 και μετά από 6 χρόνια πήρε την απόφαση να γνωρίσει το Real estate. Μπήκε στην οικογένεια της Re/max το 2005 και μετά από δύο χρόνια άρχισε να δημιουργεί τη δική του ομάδα.
Από το 2008 βραβεύεται ως ο καλύτερος πωλητής ακινήτων στο γραφείο του στη Λάρισα ενώ βρίσκεται μέσα στις δέκα πρώτες θέσεις στην Ελλάδα κάθε χρόνο. Αναπτύσσει και υποστηρίζει σήμερα μια ομάδα 10 συνεργατών.
Είναι πιστοποιημένος πραγματογνώμονας της BPOR, μέλλος της National Association of Realtors της Αμερικής.
Εξειδικεύεται στις αγοραπωλησίες και μίσθωση επαγγελματικών ακινήτων, σε επενδυτικά ακίνητα και μεγάλα διαμερίσματα.
Αγαπά την εκπαίδευση, ενημερώνεται και διαβάζει συνεχώς για τον κλάδο του. Είναι μέλος των Toastmasters και εκπαιδεύεται στη δημόσια ομιλία.
Xenophon lives and works between Athens and Larissa. He studied journalism, but real estate won him over. He started his own business at the age of 25 and since then has been constantly trained so that he can develop the skills of his associates.
He has attended numerous educational trainings, seminars, and lectures regarding Personal Development, Entrepreneurship, and Artificial Intelligence (Toastmasters, BNI Athena, ApofasiZo, Mind Valley, Tom Ferry Real Estate Coaching, etc.).
At the beginning of his career in Real Estate, he started dealing with residential properties. Later on he was trained to know the needs and requirements of the market for all types of properties (Commercial, Multi-family, etc).
Since 2015, he has been part of Keller Williams’ Mega Agents, a title given to those who create their own successful teams, while later he was distinguished as a Rainmaker, an inexhaustible source of leads and listings, someone who builds big and strong networks.
He decided to found Zades Home in 2004 as he always aspired to build a community with members who share the same values and vision, aiming to help everyone achieve their personal and professional goals!
